We have arrived in Washington DC at Mount Vernon Place UMC! We got started just a few minutes late, and after a couple of wrong turns, coming upon a couple of accidents, and several stops for food, gasoline, and bathroom breaks, we arrived around 9:45 pm EST. We're in the process of getting settled, and will be heading to sleep soon. Many of our days begin early, with us beginning mission projects as early as 6:00 am. Tomorrow, we head to one of the suburbs to package meals with Stop Hunger Now. Let the mission work begin! Thanks for your prayers!
